LAWRENCE, Kan. – Following consecutive road games, the Kansas Jayhawks return home to host Iowa State on Saturday, Feb. 15.

Tipoff from Allen Fieldhouse is set for 4 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+ with Josh Klingler (play-by-play) and
Wayne Simien (analyst) on the call. Fans can also listen to the game on the Jayhawk Radio Network from Learfield, with Steven Davis and David Lawrence calling the action.

Kansas (14-10, 4-9 Big 12) is in the midst of a three-game slide, its longest of the season, following a 78-74 overtime defeat at Cincinnati on Feb. 8. The Jayhawks opened the month of February with losses against No. 11 Kansas State and at No. 18 West Virginia.

Elle Evans led the Jayhawks with a season-high 30 points at Cincinnati, the most points by a Kansas player this season.
S'Mya Nichols added 17 points and four assists, while
Regan Williams scored 10 points as the trio combined for 57 of KU's 74 points in the contest.

Evans hit six three-pointers at Cincinnati and became the first Jayhawk to score 30 or more points in a game since
Zakiyah Franklin had 31 against Iowa State on March 1, 2023. Evans is 57-of-141 (40.4 percent) from three-point range this season and four threes away from moving into the top 10 in school history for most made in a single season.

After scoring 17 points at Cincinnati, Nichols is now averaging a team-leading 19.7 points per game, which ranks No. 3 in the Big 12. Nichols is also closing in on a pair of milestones. She enters Saturday's game 19 points away from becoming the 33rd player in program history to score 1,000 points while wearing a Kansas uniform. She is No. 2 in the nation in free throws made with 192 this season, which is three away from Angela Aycock's single season school record of 195, set during the 1994-95 season.

Williams was 5-for-5 from the field for 10 points in just 16 minutes of action versus Cincinnati. Williams has scored in double figures 10 times this season, including seven games in conference play. She is KU's No. 3 leading scorer at 8.5 points per game, while leading the Jayhawks with 5.0 rebounds per contest and 54.5 percent (90-165) field goal shooting.

Iowa State comes to Lawrence with a record of 17-9 and the Cyclones are seventh in the Big 12 standings with an 8-5 league record. ISU has won two-straight games and four of the last six, with each of its last three defeats coming against ranked opponents.Â

Leading the way for ISU is Audi Crooks, the Big 12's leading scorer 23.0 points per game. Crooks also leads the Cyclones in rebounding (7.5 per game), field goal percentage (59.2) and blocked shots (21). Addy Brown adds 15.0 points and 7.4 rebounds per game.

Saturday's matchup will be the 100th all-time between Kansas and Iowa State in a series that dates back to 1978. ISU took a 50-49 lead in the series with its 78-64 victory over KU on Jan. 1 in Ames. Kansas has defeated the Cyclones at home in each of the past two seasons after dropping 16-straight games to ISU from 2016-23. Kansas is 29-16 all-time against Iowa State in Lawrence.
