CINCINNATI, Ohio – Kansas women's basketball makes its first-ever trip to Fifth Third Arena to face the Cincinnati Bearcats on Saturday, Feb. 8.

Tipoff from Cincinnati is set for 11 a.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+ with Anthony Mazzini (play-by-play) and AB Stocks (analyst) on the call. Fans can also listen to the game on the Jayhawk Radio Network from Learfield, with Steven Davis calling the action.

Kansas (14-9, 4-8 Big 12) dropped its second-straight matchup against a ranked opponent on Wednesday, falling 76-43 at No. 18 West Virginia.
S'Mya Nichols led the Jayhawks with 12 points and Kansas tied its season-high with 14 steals, led by a career-high five from
Laia Conesa.
Regan Williams also set a new career high with three blocked shots in the game.

Nichols is now averaging a team-leading 19.8 points per game, which ranks No. 3 in the Big 12. Nichols continues to close in on a pair of milestones. She enters Saturday's game 36 points away from becoming the 33rd player in program history to score 1,000 points while wearing a Kansas uniform. She is also the nation's leader in free throws made with 184 this season, which is 11 away from Angela Aycock's single season school record of 195, set during the 1994-95 season.

Elle Evans hit her lone three-point attempt at West Virginia, which was her team-leading 51st three of the season. Evans is shooting 39.5 percent (51-129) from long range and ranks as KU's No. 2 leading scorer, averaging 13.5 points per game.

Laia Conesa had her six-game streak of scoring in double figures ended after being held to seven points at WVU. She also recorded three assists and a career-high five steals in the game. Conesa is the Jayhawks' No. 4 leading scorer at 7.8 points per game for the season.

Regan Williams also set a career high at West Virginia with three blocked shots, while tying for team-high honors with four rebounds in 18 minutes of action. Williams remains KU's No. 3 leading scorer at 8.4 points per game. She also leads the Jayhawks with 5.1 rebounds per contest and is shooting a team-high 53.1 percent (85-160) from the field.

Sania Copeland had five points, four steals and three rebounds at WVU after matching her season high with 17 points, all in the fourth quarter, in the Dillons Sunflower Showdown vs. Kansas State. Copeland has raised her scoring average to 6.2 points per game, and she's second on the team with 36 assists and 31 steals.

Cincinnati enters Saturday's contest on a two-game slide as the Bearcats fell to 13-8 (5-6 Big 12) following a 72-52 home loss to Iowa State on Wednesday. UC ranks second in the league with 13.6 offensive rebounds per game, while leading the Big 12 with 17.7 free throws made per game.

Jillian Hayes leads the Bearcats with 16.3 points and 9.4 rebounds per game and has recorded nine double-doubles this season. Tineya Hylton is second on the team with 13.3 points per game, while Chloe Mann adds 9.4 ppg.
