LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas Jayhawks are headed to Stillwater, Oklahoma, on Saturday, Feb. 28, to face the Oklahoma State Cowgirls in the regular season finale.

Tipoff from Gallagher-Iba Arena is set for 5 p.m. CT and the game will be nationally televised on FS1, with Shelby Coppedge (play-by-play) and Elise Woodward (analyst) on the call. Fans can also listen on the Jayhawk Radio Network from Learfield, with Steven Davis calling the action.

The win was KU's first over a ranked opponent this season. The Jayhawks, who are 5-2 in the month of February, have also defeated Houston (85-68) and won at Kansas State (75-68) as part of the three-game winning streak. The win over Texas Tech represented a Quad 2 win for the Jayhawks, who moved up three spots to No. 47 in the NCAA's latest NET Rankings.

Kansas is now set for its second matchup of the season with Oklahoma State, who defeated the Jayhawks 85-76 on Jan. 14 in Lawrence. OSU has won two-straight games in the series, but Kansas has emerged victorious in its last three trips to Stillwater. Last season, KU claimed a 75-66 road victory over the Cowgirls on Jan. 4, 2025.

In addition to setting a new career-high with 15 made free throws, Nichols has now made 200+ free throws for the second straight season. She broke the school and made 218 free throws last season, a mark she is again approaching. Nichols has knocked down 204 free throws this year and is fourth in the Big 12 by hitting 84.6 percent (204-241) from the line.

Davis, the eight-time defending Big 12 Freshman of the Week, extended her streak of games scoring in double figures to 19 straight while recording her second double-double vs. Texas Tech. She leads the Big 12 in field goal percentage (63.0) and ranks second in scoring (21.4 ppg) during league play. Davis holds the longest streak of consecutive Big 12 Freshman of the Week awards and has tied for the longest such streak all-time in a Power Conference.

Evans knocked down 3-of-6 three-pointers vs. Texas Tech and has regained her national lead in three-point shooting. Evans has hit 49.6 percent (66-133) of her attempts from long distance. The 66 3FG made is sixth-most in school history for a season, and she is tied for ninth in school history with 135 3FG made in her two seasons at KU.

Williams has scored in double figures three times in the past four games, and she's now fifth on the team in scoring (8.7 ppg) while ranking third in rebounding (5.1 rpg).
