DATES/SCHEDULE
The Lawrence Super Regional will be played from June 6-8 at Hoglund Ballpark. Kansas and Oklahoma will play a best-of-three series for the right to play in the College World Series.
Saturday, June 6 – 5 p.m. CT (ESPN2)
Sunday, June 7 – 5 p.m. CT (Network TBD)

HOGLUND BALLPARK IMPROVEMENTS
Nicknamed 'The Backyard', there was a new fan area beyond the left field fence added for NCAA Regionals. Lawn chairs are permissible in The Backyard, but they must be brought in through The Backyard gate in left field. Outside food and drink is not permitted in The Backyard other than one 20-ounce, unopened plastic bottle of water or one empty, plastic refillable water bottle up to 32 ounces in size. Concessions will be available in The Backyard.
Areas within The Backyard include lawn chair seating, standing room only and bleacher seating. Additional seating areas in the outfield are being added for Super Regionals, including the introduction of The Backyard Decks and more bleachers in left field.
The Backyard Decks will be located in right field and right-center field. There will be three decks that are standing room only. Fans with tickets to The Backyard Decks will enter through a new gate in right field.
The location of the visiting team's bullpen has moved underneath the Rich Jantz Player Development Center structure.
With the change in location of the visiting team's bullpen, the previous location of the bullpen is now used as a reserved standing room only fan area. There will be a tent in that area along with access to concessions and beverages.
Protective netting has been installed down the third base line for increased safety in the standing room only area.
EXTENDED CONCOURSE & AMENITIES
With an increased capacity, the concourse has been extended into portions of the parking lot on the first and third base sides surrounding Hoglund Ballpark.
There will be additional restrooms located in the extended concourse on the first and third base sides as well as in left field for The Backyard.
Additional concessions and food trucks will be implemented in each of those areas. All concessions and food trucks will be credit card only. No cash will be accepted.
One 20-ounce, unopened plastic bottle of water or one empty, plastic refillable water bottle up to 32 ounces in size is allowed. A water refill station will be available in the concourse behind third base.
TICKET INFORMATION
Tickets will be on sale to the general public beginning on Friday, June 5 starting at 10:00 a.m. CT on KUAthletics.com. All seating within the grandstands of Hoglund Ballpark will be reserved. All tickets are subject to availability and tickets for Super Regionals will be limited due to a higher ticket allotment for visiting teams, per NCAA policy.
Single-Game Ticket Prices:
• Reserved Chairback: $50

• Reserved Standing Room: $35
• The Backyard: $25
• The Backyard Decks: $25
Taxes and fees will be applied to all tickets at the time of check out.
The Backyard is a first-come, first-served seating area in left field beyond the fence of Hoglund Ballpark. Fans purchasing tickets in The Backyard will potentially have an obstructed view. Tickets in The Backyard will not have access to the grandstands.
Accessible seats will be available to purchase on a first-come, first-served basis on the KU athletics site. For questions on accessible seating please contact the KU ticket office at 785-864-3141.
Fans with a reserved bench ticket will be permitted to bring their personal seatbacks to Hoglund Ballpark. Personal seatbacks must be 20 inches or less in width to account for seating capacities at the Lawrence Regional. Seatbacks will not be sold on-site.
The University of Kansas athletic events are fully digital, tickets will be accessible through your Kansas Athletics Ticket Office account or the Kansas Jayhawks app 24 hours prior to the event.
STUDENT TICKETS
Students will continue to have a major presence at Hoglund Ballpark in postseason play as they have all season. The first 130 students with a valid KU student ID can pick up a ticket for free at the Allen Fieldhouse Ticket Office. After the 130 tickets are claimed, students can purchase tickets for $10, based on availability. Seating options for students include the bleacher areas and The Backyard. In order to have opportunity to secure tickets, students should arrive to the ballpark early.
The Allen Fieldhouse Ticket Office will open two hours prior to the first game each day.
PARKING
Free parking will be available in lots 90, 93, 112, 125, 127. A map with the nearest parking lots to Hoglund Ballpark can be found
here. Pregame tailgating is permitted in Lots 90 and 127 prior to games.
Be aware that traffic routes around the ballpark will be adjusted and there will be no thru traffic behind home plate of Hoglund Ballpark.
For those interested in bringing a recreational vehicle (RV), please send an email to
cccook@ku.edu with a name, license plate number and how many people plan to stay in the RV overnight.
CRIMSON CLUB
The Crimson Club inside Allen Fieldhouse will be open for fans to watch the games. Entry to the Crimson Club is free and a ticket to the game is not required to enter. Fans are free to come and go through Gate 13 as they please.
Concessions and beverages will be available to purchase inside the Crimson Club. Purchases will be credit card only and no cash will be accepted.
GATES
Gates will open two hours prior to first pitch. Crimson Club will also open two hours prior to first pitch each day. The Crimson Club will stay open until 30 minutes after the conclusion of the game. Fans are encouraged to visit the Crimson Club before and after games for additional food options and a controlled climate.
TAILGATING
Out of respect for other fans, please tailgate only in front of or behind your own parking space. Please keep traffic lanes open. Portable restroom facilities and trash cans have been provided in parking areas surrounding Hoglund Ballpark for your convenience.
