What's the significance behind your jersey number?
- I chose #0 because nothing was ever given to me. I've had to work for everything my whole life. In other words, “0 handouts, all earned”. I also wear it because I admire Damian Lillard’s story. I have been following his journey since I was 14 years old. He’s a true inspiration!
- My older brothers, John and Terry. I am the youngest of three, therefore, I always looked up to everything they did. I would watch them play all the time when I was a kid and one day wanted to be better than them. I was also inspired the movie "Coach Carter,", it’s my favorite movie.
- I usually take a 30-minute nap before every game.
Tell us about your favorite basketball moment as a player or fan.
- Winning the championship with my Vanier Prep team. That year we went undefeated and I hit the game-winning shot to take the tittle.
Who do you model your game off of?
- Guards I try to emulate are Damian Lillard, Fred VanVleet, Kyrie Irving, and Chris Paul. I also study Tyler Ulis and Tremont Waters.
Who is your favorite basketball player(s)?
- Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant
