What's the significance behind your jersey number?
- #12 was always my go to number and I'm also following the legend, Chris Teahan.
- I always grew up playing as many sports as possible and was influenced by my parents, who both ran track. Sports have been a part of my life forever.
Tell us about your favorite basketball moment as a player or fan.
- My favorite basketball moment was winning the state championship for the first time in school history my junior year.
Who do you model your game off of?
- Charlie McCarthy gave me the comparison of Ja Morant, so I’ll go with that.
Who's your favorite basketball player?
- One of my favorite players to watch is Devin Booker.

Played in six games and averaged 2.3 minutes per contest … Kansas was 6-0 when Evers saw time on the floor … Was 2-for-3 from three-point range in scoring 10 points … Posted a career-high four points against Oklahoma State (2/22), along with one steal.
