Regan Croff joined Kansas Team Health in July of 2025 and she is in her first season as an Assistant Athletic Trainer, overseeing women’s basketball and women’s golf.
Prior to arriving at KU, Croff was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, primarily working women’s basketball. She also worked with volleyball, track and field and cross country during her time at UALR.
Croff graduated from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with her Master of Athletic Training degree in May of 2023. While at Texas Tech, Croff worked with women’s basketball and track & field. Croff earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University at Montgomery in 2020 where she played basketball.
A native of Franklin, Tennessee, Croff now resides in Lawrence with her dog Lani. She is a licensed athletic trainer in the state of Kansas and a member of NATA. She is also American Red Cross AED/CPR certified.
