- I started swimming when I was 16.
What routines do you practice before a big race to help you focus and stay ready?

- I have a black belt in karate.
Who is a role model in your life that pushed you to be better in and out of the pool?
- My dad pushed me to be better in and out of the pool. Watching him work so hard my whole life has been very inspiring.

- Academic All-Big 12 Team
- Finished with four podium finishes at the Sunflower Showdown by winning the 50 free (24.29), placing third in the 100 fly (58.57) while helping the 200 medley to a win and the 200 free relay to second place.
- Placed third in the 50 free (24.06) and a member of the winning 400 free relay against South Dakota on October 25-26.
- Place third in the 50 free (23.95) and assisted the 200 medley relay to a runner-up finish against Rockhurst on Dec. 7
- Finished third in the 50 free (24.19) at Houston on Jan. 11
