Stepped in for injured starter Andi Rozum and did a terrific job at setter, starting the first 13 matches of the season … Made first career start and totaled a match-high 36 assists as KU defeated Western Kentucky 3-0 on Aug. 29 … Averaged 11.83 assists and led the Jayhawk offense to a 9-4 start … Had a match-high 44 assists and added seven digs Aug. 30 against Northern Illinois … Averaged 12.31 assists per game and led KU to the Nike Invitational title Sept. 5-6 … Notched a career-high 65 assists and nine digs vs. Dayton … Posted 62 assists against Arkansas … Added 43 assists and two aces against Creighton … Tied her career high with 65 assists and 10 digs Sept. 13 against North Carolina … Finished the season with a career-best 9.33 assists per game to go with 1.13 digs per game.
2002: sophomore season
Played in 10 matches including conference tilts against Iowa State (Oct. 9, 30), Oklahoma (Sept. 21) and Texas A&M (Sept. 18) … Handed out a season-best 14 assists against Marquette (Sept. 13) in KU[apos]s 3-0 win … Was second on the team in assists with 49 … Finished the season with an average of 2.88 assists per game … Also recorded eight digs and seven kills.
2001: freshman season
Played in five matches for the Jayhawks as a true freshman … Saw time against conference foe Iowa State in her only Big 12 match of the year … Collected 10 assists in seven games … Had a season-high five assists against Providence College (Aug. 31).
