2017 (SENIOR)
• Has played in all 13 matches with two starts this season … Regularly subs in KU’s back-row rotation as a serving and defensive specialist for Jada Burse … Has reached double-figure digs in six matches.
• Recorded 10 digs and an ace in KU’s season-opening victory over NC State (Aug. 25).
• Posted 13 digs and a career-high three aces in KU’s five-set win over NC State (Aug. 26).
• Recorded the first two kills of her career against Long Beach State (Sept. 1) … Added 10 digs during the four-set win over the 49ers.
• Made first start of the season against Montana (Sept. 2), recording five digs and an ace in three sets.
• Posted four digs and an ace during KU’s three-set sweep over No. 13 Kentucky (Sept. 4).
• Made second start of the season against Belmont (Sept. 8), recording six digs in three sets.
• Reached 13 digs with an ace during KU’s four-set sweep over No. 17 Purdue (Sept. 8).
• Made third start of the season against San Jose State (Sept. 15), finishing with eight digs and a season-high 28 service attempts.
• Notched 13 digs in five sets at Santa Clara (Sept. 15).
• Recorded a career-high 16 digs in a four-set win over Idaho (Sept. 16).
2016 (JUNIOR)
• Played in 23 matches and 55 sets during her junior season … Averaged 1.56 digs per set and 0.15 aces per set … Regularly rotated in the back row as a defensive specialist behind All-American libero Cassie Wait.
• Recorded five or more digs in seven matches … Reached multiple aces in two matches.
• Played one set as the primary libero in the third set against Chicago State (Sept. 2) … Finished the match with five digs in two sets played against the Cougars during the Kansas Invitational.
• Served two aces with seven digs against Xavier (Sept. 16) at the Stacey Clark Classic.
• Reached a season-high 12 digs at Oklahoma (Nov. 5).
• Notched double-figure digs in back-to-back matches with 10 at West Virginia (Nov.16) and 11 against Iowa State (Nov. 19) … Added two aces against the Cyclones to help Kansas clinch at least a share of its first-ever Big 12 Conference regular-season title.
• Concluded the regular season with nine digs at Baylor (Nov. 26).
2015 (SOPHOMORE)
• Played in 20 matches and 38 sets as a reserve defensive specialist … Totaled 10 digs and two aces.
• Did not record a single service error in her final 67 service attempts of the season.
• Competed in every NCAA Championship match during KU’s national semifinal run.
• Recorded her two aces on the season at Oklahoma (Nov. 7) and against Loyola Marymount (Dec. 11), respectively… Also tied her season high in digs (two) against OU and LMU.
• Played in all five sets against Texas (Nov. 11), serving a season-high 12 times with no service errors.
2014 (FRESHMAN)
• Saw playing time in every match, appearing in 90 sets as a defensive specialist … A key reserve on both sides of the net, Miller dug out 54 opponent attacks and served six aces.
• Served up her first ace during the second match of her collegiate career against Lipscomb (Aug. 29).
• Logged an ace and six digs in a sweep over Sam Houston State (Sept. 6).
• Bested her previous digs total by picking up a new career-high (10) against Denver (Sept. 6).
• Tallied two digs in her first collegiate start at West Virginia (Oct. 15).
• Started and appeared in all five sets at Iowa State (Oct. 22), recording an ace and three digs for the match.
HIGH SCHOOL
• Four-year letterwinner at Derby High School under head coach Shelby Kraus.
• Named the 2014 Derby High School Female Athlete of the year … Earned Kansas Class 6A All-State Second Team honors in 2014 … Dubbed her team’s Most Improved Player (2010), Most Aggressive Player (2011) and Most Aggressive/Inspirational/Passionate Player (2012, 2013).
• A first-team all-league selection and the team’s kills (396) and aces (49) leader as a senior … Led her team in attack percentage and dig average during her senior and junior seasons … Paced the team in assists as a junior … Team’s best serve receiver (2.41/set) … Named the Panthers’ Best Offensive Player as a senior.
• Also a four-year starter on the softball team, and was twice named an all-state second team honoree.
CLUB
• Played club volleyball with the ICT Elite under Brian Magbitang before moving to the ICT Mavs 18 for coach Destiny Clark.
• Competed in 10 different USA Volleyball tournaments, including winning the 2011 USAVB Show Me Junior National Qualifier (15 American).
ACADEMICS
• Majoring in exercise science in the School of Education at The University of Kansas … Career ambitions include entering the medical field as a physical therapist or an occupational therapist.
PERSONAL
• Born Victoria Paige Miller in Wichita, Kansas.
• Daughter of Pat and Kelley Miller … Youngest of three sisters in her family; Brittany Taylor and Alexandra Miller.
• Sister, Alexandra, was voted as the first “Miss 52” in the 2016 Miss USA competition.
