Aubrey Couch was named the Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Experience at the University of Kansas in May of 2026. He serves as the primary marketing contact for volleyball and softball with oversight on tennis and golf.

Couch joins KU after three years at the University of Northern Colorado. While at UNC, he spent two years as an Assistant Director of Marketing and Fan Engagement before being promoted to Director for his final season. He served as the primary marketing contact and show producer for several of the Bears athletic programs.

Prior to UNC, Couch gained five years of experience at the University of Arkansas as a marketing assistant and student assistant while in college. He also had stints with the Kansas City Chiefs, Northwest Arkansas Naturals, and Future Legends.

A native of Centennial, Colorado, Couch earned his Bachelors degree in Recreation & Sports Management from the University of Arkansas in 2022.
