Courtney Arnick joined the Kansas football staff in 2026, serving as an analyst with the Kansas football defense and working with the Kansas football edge rushers.
Arnick previously worked at Louisiana Tech as an assistant linebackers coach in 2025 and served as a graduate assistant at Purdue from 2023-24, working with the Boilermakers defense.

Prior to his time at Purdue, Arnick was an assistant coach at Cedar Hill High School in Texas.

Arnick was a standout linebacker at Kansas (2012-16), playing in 47 games and making 23 starts for the Jayhawks. Arnick collected numerous academic accolades throughout his time as a student-athlete, including Academic All-Big 12 and the Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll. The Dallas, Texas, native earned his degree in communications.
