Hanna Lythberg joined the Kansas Athletics staff in 2024 and serves as the Director of Donor Relations.

Lythberg is a former softball student-athlete, coach and administrator with over 10 years of experience in the college athletics realm. She was previously the head softball coach, senior woman administrator and game operations coordinator at Spring Hill College in Alabama, while also serving on the Executive Committee College Board and NCAA Regional Advisory Committee.

Lythberg holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Keiser University (FL), and Bachelor’s degree in Education from Winona State University (MN). Originally from the Chicago-land area, Lythberg has spent quite a bit of time in Kansas as her sister earned her Doctorate from KU and has worked at KU for over nine years.
