MANHATTAN, KAN. -Â The Kansas Track & Field Team wrapped up their 2025 Regular Season at the Ward Haylett Invite in Manhattan, Kan.
The Jayhawks were led by Junior
Ashton Barkdull, who won the Men's Pole Vault with a PR jump of 5.52m. The 5.52-meter mark was a .32 meter improvement from Barkdull's last appearance at the Desert Heat Classic last weekend.Â
Barkdull was not the only Jayhawk to record a personal record during Friday's meet in Manhattan, Garret Wilmes (1:49.78) and
Nathan Thengvall (1:52.12) both ran PR's as Wilmes finished 3rd in the event.
In the Men's 400-meter event,
Methias Carter (48.63) and
Jordan Campbell (49.44) also achieved new personal records in Manhattan. Carter placed ninth in the event, and Campbell, finishing right behind his Jayhawk teammate, finished in 12th.
In the Women's 1500m Senior,
Alyson Moore ran a time of 4:41.91 in her last regular-season meet as a Jayhawk. Also in the event, Freshman
Bethany Druse ran a PR time of 4:43.33.Â
