11 Jayhawks Named to CSC Academic All-District Teams

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas track & field was represented by 11 Jayhawks on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District teams, the organization announced on Tuesday.
Kansas' 11 representatives on the CSC Academic All-District Teams include Sidney Smith, Madison Snody, Kori Randle, Kat Meacham, Mason Meinershagen, Michael Joseph, Kierson Wicks, Conor Dunback, Tanner Talley, Ryo Higuchi and Aaron Merritt.
In order to be eligible for CSC Academic All-District, individuals must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA and be at least a sophomore academically. Eligible nominees are based off TFRRS regional performance rankings and must rank in the top 50 of their respective event.
Joseph and Meinershagen will advance to the CSC Academic All-America ballot, which will be announced on July 14-15.
