Kansas Athletics Announces Sellout vs. Cincinnati on Sept. 27

LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas football's game against Cincinnati on Sept. 27 has officially sold out, Kansas Athletics announced on Thursday. The game is Kansas' second sellout of David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium this season.

Kansas previously sold out its season-opener vs. Fresno State on Aug. 23 in the grand opening of David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium. Kansas has sold out at least one game in each of the last four seasons, including its 11th over that span. The Jayhawks have nine sellouts at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium since the start of the 2022 season and two sellouts at Children's Mercy Park during the 2024 season.

Fans who purchased tickets for the Cincinnati game on September 27th are encouraged to download their mobile tickets prior to arriving to the stadium. Kickoff time for the Sept. 27 game against Cincinnati will be announced by the Big 12 Conference in the next week.

Kansas has a 2-1 record through three games this season, including a pair of home wins against Fresno State on Aug. 23 and Wagner on Aug. 29. Prior to their matchup with Cincinnati, the Jayhawks will take on West Virginia in their Big 12 Conference opener on Sept. 20 inside David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium.
