LAWRENCE, Kan. – Senior Night at Allen Fieldhouse is set for Wednesday, Feb. 25, as the Kansas Jayhawks host the No. 20 Texas Tech Lady Raiders for the final home game of the regular season.

Prior to the game, Kansas will honor the four members of its senior class, which features
Sania Copeland,
Nadira Eltayeb,
Elle Evans and
Lilly Meister. Eltayeb is the longest tenured member of program, finishing her fifth season at KU, while Copeland and Evans are concluding their careers after two seasons with the Jayhawks. Meister, one of two players to start every game this season, has played her senior season at Kansas following three years at Indiana.

Tipoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+, with Josh Klingler (play-by-play) and Brenda VanLengen (analyst) on the call. Fans can also listen on the Jayhawk Radio Network from Learfield, with Steven Davis and David Lawrence calling the action.

Kansas (17-11, 7-9 Big 12) has won two straight games and four of its last five following a 75-68 victory at Kansas State on Saturday at Bramlage Coliseum. The win is KU's first over KSU in Manhattan since 2019 and completed a season sweep of the Wildcats for the first time since 2013.

The Jayhawks have won three straight home games, defeating BYU (81-60), Cincinnati (80-71) and Houston (85-68) in the month of February. KU is 11-4 at home this season, while averaging 3,993 fans per game at Allen Fieldhouse, which would qualify as the second-highest average attendance in program history. Kansas is currently ranked No. 51 in the NCAA's NET Rankings, which ranks eighth among Big 12 schools, with two games remaining in the regular season.

Kansas is now set for its second matchup of the season against No. 20 Texas Tech, with the Lady Raiders claiming a 70-65 victory over KU in Lubbock on Feb. 10. Tech comes to Lawrence with a 24-5 overall record and tied for fourth in the Big 12 standings at 11-5. Kansas is looking for its first win over a ranked opponent this season in five tries and going for a fourth straight win over Texas Tech at Allen Fieldhouse.

S'Mya Nichols with 17 points. Freshman forward

Regan Williams added 16 points each while senior forward
Lilly Meister chipped in 14 points. Kansas has had four players in double figures in four straight games and seven times this season, and the Jayhawks have a 5-2 record in those games.

Davis continues making history as she was named the Co-Big 12 Freshman of the Week on Monday, earning a share of the award for eighth straight week. Davis now holds the longest streak of consecutive Big 12 Freshman of the Week awards and has tied for the longest such streak all-time in a Power Conference.

Nichols, the No. 4 scorer in the Big 12 at 18.0 points per game, was 5-10 from the field and 5-6 from the free throw line in KU's win at Kansas State. KU's all-time leader in free throws made, Nichols has moved up to seventh in Big 12 history with 573 career free throws made. She enters the Texas Tech game tied for 12th on KU's all-time scoring list with 1,568 points.

Williams posted her highest scoring game in conference play as she scored 16 points with six rebounds and a career-high three steals. Williams has scored in double figures nine times this season, ranking fifth on the team with 8.7 points and third with 5.2 rebounds per game.

Meister has scored in double figures in four of the past five games after hitting two three-pointers in a 14-point effort at KSU. She's fourth on the team in scoring (9.3 ppg) and leads KU in rebounding (6.7 rpg) for the year.
