2026: Played and started in 55 games as a true freshman at catcher and utility… Batted .342 batting average on the season, .475 on base percentage, .781 slugging percentage in 155 at bats with 43 runs scored, 53 hits, 11 doubles, 19 home runs, 36 walks and 60 RBIs… Her 19 home runs were a KU freshman record and were the second most in school history… Led the Jayhawks in slugging (.781), on base percentage (.475), home runs (19), RBIs (60) and walks (36)… Tied for fifth among freshman with 19 home runs nationally… Hit a career high two home runs and five RBIs against Houston on May 14, leading Kansas to a 18-1 run-rule victory… Led the Jayhawks to their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2015 and recorded three hits and three RBIs against Michigan.
High School: Boyer played her prep career at Oak Ridge high school in Texas, where she holds records for RBIs (66), hits (57), and home runs (20). In addition to her athletic accomplishments, she has excelled academically, making the All-Academic Team three consecutive years and earning the title of District MVP in 2024. Boyer also competes with Texas Blaze United 18U and plans to major in Sports Medicine with aspirations of becoming a sports physician. With a background steeped in both athletic and academic excellence, she brings a competitive spirit and high ambitions to the next level.
