2012 (Sophomore Season)
Named KU[apos]s Most Improved Player… Earned the starting centerfielder role, starting 38 games and appearing in 45 games for the Jayhawks… Recorded first career hits against SE Louisiana (2/11) going 2-for-2 with a run scored… Posted a 3-for-3 performance with an RBI and two runs scored against Fairfield (2/26)… Threw runners out at the plate against Oklahoma State (3/25) and Missouri State (3/27) and started a double play from center field at No. 12 Missouri (3/18)… Went 2-for-3 and scored a run to help KU knock off No. 22/25 Baylor (4/7)… Went 2-for-4 with two runs scored against Iowa State (4/21)… Recorded two hits in four at bats, including two runs scored in the first game of a doubleheader against UMKC (4/25)… Went 2-for-3 with a run scored against No. 24 Texas Tech (4/28).
2011 (Freshman Season)
Saw action in 19 games, mostly as a pinch runner with two appearances in the outfield… Scored five runs for the Jayhawks… A perfect 2-for-2 in stolen base attempts… Stole a base and scored a run in her collegiate debut against Bethune-Cookman (Feb. 12)… First collegiate at-bat came against Iowa State (April 23).
Lake Washington High School
Lettered in softball four times at Lake Washington High School in Kirkland, Wash…. Named second team all-county as a senior… Also awarded her team[apos]s golden glove award in 2010… An NFCA All-West Region Second Team and first team all-county selection in 2008… Earned the Kangaroos[apos] outfield award as a junior… Owns career averages of a .665 batting average, .690 on base percentage and a .862 slugging percentage at Lake Washington.

Born Elsa Moyer in Hong Kong, China… Daughter of Robert and Christine Moyer… Has a younger brother, Max… Father also attended KU… Uncle, Steve, played football at Chattanooga, uncle, Donald, played football at Auburn and great aunt, Allison, played tennis at Rice… Plans to major in journalism like her father.
