What is your favorite softball memory?
Getting to travel across the U.S and see different places.
Why did you choose KU?
I chose KU because of the opportunities this university could bring me. For a life stand point and also an athletic standpoint. High School: A 2023 Fastpitch State Champion... Ranked among the top 100 players by Extra Innings Softball, she was listed as the No. 8 infielder in the 2024 prospect class...Throughout her high school career, she consistently batted over .500, highlighted by a remarkable 2021 season with a .692 batting average, 20 RBIs, and three home runs.... A standout multi-sport athlete, she also excelled in basketball, earning numerous athletic awards while leading her team to three district championships, three regional championships, and a state championship in 2023.
Personal: Daughter of Chris and Shannon Griggs...has two sibilings Ryanee and Sydney Griggs...Plans to major in exercise science.
