Appeared in four matches, collecting two kills and a block in her only season at Kansas… Drilled her first kill as a collegiate volleyball player against West Virginia (10/29)… Went up for a block versus Saint Louis (11/21)… Earned the start at outside hitter on Senior Day against Texas Tech (11/24) and finished with one kill on one swing
At Miami (women[apos]s basketball, 2008-12)
Team captain from 2008-12… Earned the Team[apos]s Strongest Player award for the 2010-11 season… Two-time Team Most Improved Player recipient (2008-09, 2011-12)… Led the Canes to back-to-back NCAA Tournament appearances (2011, 2012), starting all 55 games in the last two years… During her career at Miami, she started 91 games, racked up 465 career points matched by 484 career rebounds… Spent all four years under the direction of head coach Katie Meier, who was named the 2011 Associated Press co-National Coach of the Year and was selected to serve as head coach for the 2012 USA Basketball Women[apos]s U18 National Team…Most impressively for her volleyball peers were Bullock[apos]s 120 career blocks, including a team-best 41 rejections in her senior campaign… In 2011-12, Bullock checked in at fifth in the ACC with 1.4 blocks per game… With Bullock serving as a team captain, Miami spent the entire 2012 season ranked in the nation[apos]s top-25, and climbed to No. 8 in the AP poll by season[apos]s end, the highest ranking in the program[apos]s history… Miami earned a No. 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament before Bullock and the Canes ended the season with a loss to second-round host Georgetown to end her basketball career.
High School
A multi-sport star, competed in volleyball, basketball, track and field, cheerleading and softball… VOLLEYBALL… Named to the All-Conference team following her sophomore year in 2006… BASKETBALL… Named All-State all four years of her basketball career… Awarded 2008 Alaska Gatorade Player of the Year… Voted basketball team[apos]s MVP from 2006-08… Regional MVP in basketball in 2006… Served as team captain from 2004-08… TRACK AND FIELD… Won state and regional triple jump championship in 2006, breaking the state record… Nearly won another state championship in 2006, claiming the regional long jump championship and finished as the state runner-up… SOFTBALL… Awarded All-Conference in 2006.

Born Sylvia Bullock in Anchorage, Alaska… Daughter of Clarence and Roxanne Bullock… Has five siblings, two older sisters Beatrice and Lillian, two older brothers Peter and Wesley and one younger brother, David… Father, Clarence, played football for Michigan State University… Sister, Beatrice, played basketball at the University of Iowa… Brother, Peter, played basketball at the University of Alaska Anchorage and professionally in Norway and Australia… Sister, Lillian, played basketball and softball at North Carolina AT&T University… Earned her B.A. in English with a minor in dance from Miami in 2012… Pursuing a Master[apos]s degree in English.
