LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas swimming and diving is back in Robinson Natatorium to take on the Houston Cougars. Action is set for 10 a.m. CT on Saturday, Dec. 6th.
"We're very excited to hosting Houston on Saturday," says head coach Clark Campbell. "It will give us an opportunity following up on our strong performance at Iowa against one of the top three teams in the Big 12."
This marks the fourth all-time meeting between the two Big 12 schools and first Big 12 opponent of the season thus far for the Jayhawks. Kansas leads the all-time series with a 2-1 record in matchups against the Cougars.
KU is coming off the four-day Hawkeye Invite, where they finished fifth overall with 928 points and 30 personal best times, including a new school record in the 100-yard butterfly by senior Lydia Lafferty (52.96).
Saturday's competition will also feature a rubber duck giveaway at the 10-minute break for Kansas' annual "Break the Stigma" meet.
