Kickoff Set for 11 a.m. on Sept. 27 vs. Cincinnati

LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas Jayhawks will take on the Cincinnati Bearcats at 11 a.m. CT on Saturday, Sept. 27 at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium, the Big 12 Conference announced on Monday. The game will be televised on TNT with a simulcast on truTV and HBO MAX.

The Sept. 27 game against Cincinnati will be Kansas' second Big 12 Conference game, after the Jayhawks open this week against West Virginia on Saturday, Sept. 20. Kansas Athletics has already announced a sellout for the Cincinnati game, with limited tickets remaining for this Saturday's Big 12 opener against the Mountaineers.

Kansas' matchup with Cincinnati will be the fourth meeting between the two teams all-time, with Kansas leading the series at 2-1. The two teams last met on Nov. 25, 2023, in a game the Jayhawks won 49-16 in Cincinnati. The Sept. 27 game against Cincinnati will be the first played in Lawrence between the two teams since Sept. 2, 1995.

The 11 a.m. kickoff will be Kansas' first morning game of the season, while the Jayhawks will also take on Utah in their regular season finale on Nov. 28 at 11 a.m. This will be Kansas' first game on TNT.

The game against Cincinnati will be Kansas' fourth of seven games played at the new David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium this season with Kansas State (Oct. 25), Oklahoma State (Nov. 1) and Utah (Nov. 28) remaining. Kansas is 2-0 in games played at David Booth Kansas Memorial Stadium this season.
