Jayhawks Place 19 Individuals on NFF Hampshire Honor Society

IRVING, Texas – The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame (NFF) announced its 2026 Hampshire Honor Society Class on Wednesday, which includes 19 Jayhawks.

Among Kansas' representatives on the Hampshire Honor Society are Grayden Addison, Leyton Cure, Jalon Daniels, Emory Duggar, Tommy Dunn Jr., Devin Dye, Justice Finkley, Bryce Foster, Jason Gilliom, Nolan Gorczyca, Boden Groen, Emmanuel Henderson Jr., Gage Keys, Finn Lappin, Laith Marjan, Mack Moeller, Landon Nelson, Cole Petrus and Leshon Williams.

Under Kansas head coach Lance Leipold, the Jayhawks have eight consecutive semesters with a 3.0 GPA or higher, including two straight semesters above a 3.4 GPA. During the Fall 2025 semester, Kansas football finished with a cumulative 3.41 GPA with 19 players achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA during the semester.

In 2025, Kansas led the FBS in most players recognized in the NFF Hampshire Honor Society with 22 honorees.

The NFF Hampshire Honor Society is comprised of college football student-athletes from all divisions of play who maintained an undergraduate cumulative grade point average of 3.2 or better and were either starters or significant contributors throughout the 2025 season. Selections must have been either a senior player in 2025 who will graduate during the spring or summer of 2026 and just completed his final year of playing eligibility in 2025; or a graduated player who has been out of high school at least three years.

The 2026 class includes a record 2,596 players from 365 colleges and universities. Since 2007, the program has recognized 23,568 student-athletes from 691 schools, demonstrating sustained academic performance across the game.
