Kansas Volleyball Hosts Alumni Match

Lawrence, KAN. – Kansas Volleyball welcomes former Jayhawks back to Horejsi Family Volleyball Arena for an alumni match on August 15 at 1 p.m. CT. The event will feature a showdown between former Kansas standouts and the current 2026 roster.
The Jayhawks will welcome back several notable players including Caroline Bien, Toyosi Onabanjo, Ryan White and Ainise Havili. Bien, Onabanjo and Havili all competed under Ray Bechard and White played for Ulmer in his first season with the Jayhawks.
Onabanjo currently plays professionally for the Omaha Supernovas and Havili joined the Kansas coaching staff this season after an extensive professional career with Major League Volleyball, Pro Volleyball Federation and overseas.
Approximately nine alumni are expected to be in attendance and compete against the 2026 team, which returns seven players, welcomes six freshmen and adds two transfers.
The event is free and open to the public.
