2009 CROSS COUNTRY: Was the Jayhawks[apos] No. 2 finisher in three of the six meets in which he competed and was one of only two KU runners to post a sub-24:00 8K time during the season…Ran a 25:03.70 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (Oct. 3) to finish 37th out of 245 competitors…Recorded a career-best 8K time of 24:46.60 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational (Oct. 17)…Finished second on the team and 41st overall at the Big 12 Championships (Oct. 31) in an 8K time of 26:03.15.
2009 OUTDOOR: Ran a season-best 1,500-meter time of 3:50.04 to finish sixth at the Kansas Relays (April 18)…Took third at the Relays in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:40.08…Clocked in at 1:55.17 in the 800 meters at the Jim Click Shootout (April 4).
2009 INDOOR: Ran his best 3,000-meter time of the season (8:26.96) at the Big 12 Championships (Feb. 28)…Finished fifth at KU vs. MU Duel (Jan. 16) in the same event, with a time of 8:34.14…Record an 11th-place finish in the mile at the New Balance Collegiate (Feb. 7) with a time of 4:15.86.
2008 CROSS COUNTRY: Finished in the top three on the team in five of six races…Placed ninth at the Bob Timmons Classic in an 8K time of 26:19.80…Posted a 15th-place finish at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge after finishing the 8K race in 27:55.02…Led KU at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree, finishing in 42nd place with a time of 25:48…Ran an 8K time of 25:36.20 at the ISU Pre-Nationals…Finished 38th at the Big 12 Championships after clocking in with an 8K time of 25:30.98…Recorded a personal-best 10K time of 32:11.60 at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships to finish in 30th place.

2007 INDOOR: Competed in the mile, 3,000-meter run and 5,000-meter run in his inaugural track season for Kansas…Finished in 10th place with a time of 4:30.29 at the Jayhawk Invitational in the mile…Had his best time of 8:43.69 in the 3,000 meters at the Husker Invitational and had a career-best time of 15:02.57 in the 5,000-meter run at the ISU Classic.
2006 CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in five meets for Kansas…Placed 14th as an unattached runner in his first collegiate meet at the Bob Timmons Classic (27:05.69)…Finished third at the 5K Kansas State Wildcat Invitational (15:42.6)…Ran an 8K personal best time of 25:51.4 at the NCAA Pre-Nationals…Finished in 51st place at the Big 12 Championships (26:04.9).
