2007-08 (Freshman):
Made an instant impact in Kansas[apos] breaststroke depth her freshman season… Returned to the finals in the 100 and 200-yard breaststroke events at the 2008 Big 12 Championship meet in Austin, Texas… Placed 21st in the 200-yard breast event at Big 12s with a time of 2:23.63, also the fourth-best team time in the event on the season… Finished 22nd in the 100-yard breast at the Big 12 meet (1:06.28), additionally the fourth-best 100-yard breast time for the Jayhawks during the 2007-08 season… Recorded her first career victory in the 200 breast against conference foe Iowa State… Contributed to KU[apos]s first place Nike Cup-Kenyon Invite finish as a member of the 200, 400 and 800-yard free relays and the 200 and 400-yard medley relays… Swam the 100-yard breast and 200-yard IM individual events at the Nike Cup.
High School (Bentonville):
A four-year letter winner in swimming… Her Bentonville High School team has been conference and state champions for five years running… Is the 200 IM state record holder… Was a member of the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays that both hold Arkansas state records… Was named Female High School Swimmer of the Year in both 2006 and 2007… Named Female Arkansas Age Group Swimmer of the Year 2004-07… Graduated high school with honors.
