Bill Queisert rejoined the Kansas football program in 2026 as an offensive analyst, working with the Jayhawks' tight ends. Queisert brings extensive experience in offensive line play, offensive operations, and game planning, having worked alongside some of the nation's most innovative offenses at both the Power Four and Group of Five levels. He has spent the past several seasons working closely with offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki, helping develop high-powered offenses at Kansas and Penn State.
Most recently, Queisert served on the staff at Penn State Football, where he worked as an offensive analyst before being elevated to assistant offensive line coach. During his time in Happy Valley, he assisted with offensive game planning, opponent scouting, personnel evaluation, and player development as the Nittany Lions continued their rise among the nation's top programs. He also worked closely with the offensive line and tight ends units.
Prior to Penn State, Queisert spent four seasons at Kansas, serving in a variety of roles that included assistant offensive line coach, quality control analyst, and offensive analyst. In his analyst role, he worked directly with offensive coordinator Andy Kotelnicki, assisting with the development of the Jayhawks' offense. Kansas emerged as one of the most productive offenses in the country during his tenure, helping fuel the program's resurgence under head coach Lance Leipold.
Before joining Kansas, Queisert worked as a graduate assistant at Arkansas State, where he focused on the offensive line. He also served as offensive line coach at Simpson University, gaining valuable experience in player development and offensive scheme implementation.
A former collegiate offensive lineman, Queisert played at William Jewell College, where he was a three-time team captain.
