Swim and Dive Host South Dakota for Two-Day Dual Meet Back in Robinson

LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas swimming and diving team will host South Dakota at Robinson Natatorium on Oct. 17th and 18th for a two-day dual meet, highlighted by a special Senior Day ceremony on Saturday.
Action begins Friday at 5:00 p.m. CT, followed by Saturday's competition starting at 11:00 a.m. Senior day recognitions, honoring Caroline Blake, Hailey Farrell, Aidan Howze, Lydia Lafferty, Molly Robinson, Lize van Leeuwen, and Grace Zifcak are scheduled for 10:45 a.m. prior to the start of events.
In addition, South Dakota's men's swimming team will compete against Missouri S&T on both Friday and Saturday.
"We're thrilled being back on campus competing this weekend," Head Coach Clark Campbell said. "Our team appreciates all the work done by our facilities staff on the pools. We had a solid first meet at Topeka and we look forward to the opportunity of building more and more momentum for the season against South Dakota.
Kansas Swimming is coming off a team win at the Sunflower Showdown on Oct. 3rd, tallying 692 points after sweeping all events in Topeka.
Last season, the Jayhawks dominated the Coyotes with nine first place finishes in both swimming and diving, earning an overwhelming 144 – 42 victory. Reigning Big 12 Diver of the Year, Shiyun Lai will also be back on the boards making her Robinson debut for the 2025 diving season.
