LAWRENCE, Kan. – Kansas women's tennis head coach
Todd Chapman announced the team's 2025 fall schedule which includes a slate of Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) tournaments, and other invitational tournaments.
"We are excited to get the fall season underway, and we have a solid schedule that is going to challenge our players," Chapman said. "With the NCAA Individual Championship now at the end of the fall we look forward to our players having a chance to qualify and compete for championships."
Kansas will begin its season at the ITA All-American Championship on Sept. 20-27 in Carey, North Carolina. The Jayhawks then travel to Waco, Texas for the Baylor/Big 12 Invite on Sept. 26-28. Next, the team heads to Norman, Oklahoma for the ITA Central Region Championship on Oct. 16-20.
Kansas will then split time and compete at the ITA Sectionals in College Station, Texas on Nov. 6-9 and the HEB Invitational in Waco, Texas on Nov. 7-9. The final event for the fall season will be the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships in Lake Nona, Florida on Nov. 18-23.

Kyoka Kubo. Kubo is also ranked No. 103 in singles. The Kansas roster also features a ranked duo of newcomers in junior Montana State transfer
Meg McCarty and freshman
Sandugash Kenzhibayeva who are ranked No. 85 in doubles.
Kansas finished the 2024-25 season at 14-12 with a 7-6 conference record. The Jayhawks were 9-5 home last season and advanced to the 2025 NCAA Tournament which was the seventh time under Chapman and the third time in the last four years.
