LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas Jayhawks are headed to Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan, Kansas, on Saturday, Feb. 21, for the second edition of the Dillons Sunflower Showdown against Kansas State.

Tipoff is set for 4 p.m. CT and the game will be broadcast on ESPN+, with Matt Walters (play-by-play) and Missy Heidrick (analyst) on the call. Fans can also listen on the Jayhawk Radio Network from Learfield, with Steven Davis calling the action.

Kansas (16-11, 6-9 Big 12) had the week off following its 85-68 victory over Houston on Feb. 14 at Allen Fieldhouse. The win was KU's third in the past four games as the Jayhawks improved to 11-4 at home this season. Despite being three games under .500 in conference play, the Jayhawks have a positive scoring margin of +2.1 points per game in league play.

Kansas freshman forward Jaliya Davis made Big 12 Conference history on Tuesday as she was named the Big 12 Freshman of the Week for the seventh straight week. Davis now holds the longest streak of consecutive Big 12 Freshman of the Week awards, surpassing the previous best of six straight by Kansas State's Ayoka Lee during the 2019-20 season.

Kansas had four players score in double figures in the Houston win, which was the Jayhawks' highest-scoring game in Big 12 play this season. Davis led the way with 25 points, while junior guard S'Mya Nichols added 22 points and a season-high nine assists. Senior guard Elle Evans hit 4-of-7 three-pointers and finished with 18 points, while senior forward Lilly Meister recorded her third double-double of the season with 10 points and 10 rebounds. Kansas is now 5-2 this season when at least four players score in double figures.

Evans recorded her fifth-straight game with multiple threes made against Houston. Evans leads the nation in three-point accuracy, hitting 50.0 percent (63-126) from downtown. In the Houston game, she moved into the top 10 in Kansas history for both 3FG made in a career made (132) and single season (63).

Meister has scored in double figures 12 times this season and she's averaging 9.1 points per game while leading the Jayhawks with 6.7 rebounds per game.
