Additionally, the lowest-scoring individual not on an advancing team will also qualify for the NCAA Championship.
Joining Kansas in the Ann Arbor Regional are No. 1 USC, No. 2 Duke, No. 3 Central Florida, No. 4 Oklahoma, No. 5 Ohio State, No. 6 Northwestern, No. 8 Texas Tech, No. 9 UNLV, No. 10 Columbia, No. 11 Quinnipiac, and No. 12 Oakland.
Head coach Lindsay Kuhle will travel with seniors Amy DeKock, Anna Wallin, junior Lyla Louderbaugh, sophomore Ebba Nordstedt, freshman Kinslea Jones, and Marieke Ebens.
"The course requires a lot of strong course management execution and superb lag putting which has been our emphasis all year long," Kuhle said. "If we can get off to a good start and stay disciplined and aggressive to some conservative targets, if we continue to putt well we will have a successful week."
In just her fifth year with the program, Kuhle has the Jayhawks in the NCAA Regionals for the fourth time in school history and fourth-consecutive season. Kuhle and the Jayhawks competed in and won the NCAA Columbus Regional last season.
