Livvy Moore and
Sophie Dawe both received Big 12 weekly awards for the week of Sept. 21. Moore was named Big 12 Defensive Player of the Week, while Dawe claimed Big 12 Goalkeeper of the Week.

Moore is the second Jayhawk to receive defender of the week honors this season, after London De Fini claimed the award on August 19.

Moore tallied three assists across the two matches Kansas played last week, including a pair in the Jayhawks' 2-0 victory over Arizona State on Thursday. Her assist total has climbed to nine on the year, which leads both the conference and nation. Defensively, Moore played 145 minutes last week and helped lead Kansas to a pair of shutouts while allowing only eight shots across the two matches. The Jayhawks have tallied six shoutouts this season and are 5-0 in matches played at Rock Chalk Park.

Dawe played all 180 available minutes across the week, recording three saves in each match. She is tied for first in the Big 12 in shutouts with five and leads all conference keepers with 989 minutes played on the year. Dawe ranks seventh in the conference with a .778 save percentage and has only allowed six goals across the first 11 matches of the season.
