Played 55 games as KU[apos] starting center fielder… An NFCA Midwest All-Region Second Team selection and All-Big 12 Second Team honoree… Led team with a .375 batting average, the fifth-best single-season batting average in program history, and .333 average in Big 12 games…Tallied the ninth most hits in a single-season with 63… Recorded 23 RBIs, eight doubles and seven stolen bases… Had the team[apos]s second longest hitting streak at six games… Led the Jayhawks with 18 multi-hit contests and also had five multi-RBI games… Had a string of four multi-hit contests from March 10-16… .547 success rate advancing runners and hit .769 with runners on third and less than two outs… Connected for a team-high 17 hits in conference play… Recorded a career-high four hits against Bradley (3/2)… Scored four times and had three hits against Louisiana Tech (3/16)… Stole a career-best three bases in the second game of a doubleheader with Texas (4/13).

One of four Jayhawks to play and start all 58 games… Played center field and right field… Was KU[apos]s leadoff batter in all 58 contests… Had a .265 batting average, led the team with 185 plate appearances and was second with 49 hits, 21 runs scored, 11 stolen bases and 13 multi-hit games… Tied team lead with 12 hits in conference play… Went five straight games with at least one hit… Recorded a .525 success rate advancing runners when up to bat… Nine of her 11 RBIs occurred with two outs in the inning… Had two hits, an RBI and a stolen base in her first game as a Jayhawk versus UC Santa Barbara (2/8)… Stole three bases versus Jacksonville (2/17)… Had a season-high three hits in the second game of a double header with UMKC (3/13)… Had her first homer for the Crimson and Blue at Oklahoma State (3/24).

A 2006 Louisville Slugger/National Fastpitch Coaches[apos] Association NJCAA Division I Second Team All-American… Led the Western Junior College Athletic Conference with a .490 batting average and 98 hits as a freshman in 2006… Also totaled 10 doubles and 49 RBIs as a rookie, earning first team all-conference and all-region honors… Team was ranked No. 5 in the nation… Coached by Joel Prickett and Brandie Row.
Serrano High School
Coached in softball by Lisa and Ross Hansen… Was named league MVP?her senior season… Also played goalie for the soccer team and won a CIF championship as a junior in 2004… Carried a 60-4 tennis record her senior year and was named all-area tennis player of the year.
