Why did you choose KU?- I chose KU for its academics, the beautiful campus, and the Jayhawk culture.
How did you get introduced to rowing?
- I received a mass email with info and a sign up sheet for rowing tryouts. I then got an email from Coach Hovis and within a week of the initial email and a few calls later was offered a spot on the team.
Favorite thing to do in Lawrence?
- Exploring Mass Street, Clinton Lake sunsets, and going on drives with my friends.

- A member of the 1 Varsity 8 boat that won Big 12 Boat of the Week (May 7, 2025)
- Helped the 1 Varsity 8+ to a third place finish at the Big 12 Championship
- Raced predominately on the four and five seat in the 1 Varsity 8+
