2012: Senior Season
Started 105 career matches for the Jayhawks, including 93-consecutive starts dating back to the start of her sophomore season… Earned the Big 12’s inaugural Scholar-Athlete of the Year award… Finished her career with 758 kills and 405 total blocks… Completed her four years at Kansas ranked fourth on KU’s career total blocks list (405), second all-time at KU in career block assists (354) and sixth in career blocks per set (0.98)… Joined teammate Caroline Jarmoc as the only duo in the Big 12 to rank in the league’s top-10 in both attack percentage (.303, 10th) and blocks per set (1.02, 7th)… Hit .700 with seven kills and no errors in the season opener vs. Northwestern State (8/24)… Matched her eight blocks with eight kills at Arkansas (8/25)… Tallied 11 kills and hit .450 against Arkansas State (9/1)… Put up double-digit kills in three-straight matches to help KU defeat Arizona State (9/7), Wyoming (9/8) and Loyola Marymount (9/14)… Additionally, Tolefree recorded her second career double-double against the Sun Devils with 10 kills and 10 blocks, while tying a Horejsi Family Athletics Center record for solo blocks in a match (4)… Knocked down 12 kills in KU’s win against RV Creighton (9/19)… Hit .583 with seven kills and no errors in the Big 12 opener at Texas Tech (9/22)… Became the first Jayhawk in program history to hit 1.000 for a match (10K-0E-10TA) to help defeat West Virginia (10/29)… Churned out 12 kills and two errors in KU’s next outing at Baylor (11/3)… Totaled 11 kills in a sweep of Oklahoma (11/14)… Led KU with a .421 attack percentage and six blocks to beat Cleveland State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament (11/30).
2011: Junior Season
Started all 29 matches at middle blocker for the Jayhawks… Led the Jayhawks to a top-three finish in blocks per set in the Big 12 (2.57), good for 36th in the NCAA… Finished the season with 224 kills and 127 total blocks, sixth all-time by a Jayhawk in a season…Ranks in the top-10 at KU in single-season block assists (109, T-7th) and blocks per set in a season (1.14, T-7th)… Had seven kills and a career-high .700 hitting percentage in the season opener against Florida A&M (8/26)… Recorded eight kills with a .583 hitting percentage in a match at Georgia (8/27)… Had eight kills and a .381 hitting percentage against No. 6 Minnesota (9/10)… Recorded career-highs in kills (17) and blocks (11) against Valparaiso (9/17), for the Jayhawks[apos] only double-double of the season comprised of kills and blocks… Had 12 kills with a .308 hitting percentage against No. 22 Oklahoma (10/15)… Recorded 12 kills against Texas Tech (10/22)… Drilled 14 kills against Missouri (11/2) and Baylor (11/26) where she hit for a .565 percentage.
2010: Sophomore Season
One of three players to start all 31 matches… An Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection… Played middle blocker and was second on the team with a .245 attack percentage and 0.84 bps… Named to the Kansas Invitational All-Tournament Team after leading the Jayhawks with a .303 attack percentage and 1.00 bps to go along with 2.50 kps… Recorded double-digit kills four times, including a career-high 13 at Colorado on Sept. 25 on a .444 attack percentage… Recorded a .400 attack percentage or better on eight occasions… Swung at a .667 hitting efficiency with 11 kills in the team[apos]s upset of No. 10 Iowa State on Oct. 9… Tallied eight blocks and no errors for a .571 hitting efficiency at Missouri on Oct. 27… Blocked a season-high six balls twice- versus Texas A&M on Sept. 18 and versus Colorado on Nov. 6… Collected three or more blocks 19 times… Averaged 1.04 bps over the last six matches of the season and hit a team-high .264 attack percentage.
2009: Freshman Season
Made 12 starts at middle blocker and appeared in 24 matches… Hit over .400 seven times… Recorded 11-straight matches with at least three total blocks and averaged nearly a block per set during the season… Averaged 2.22 kps at a .370 attack percentage along with 1.44 bps during the Arkansas Invite… Recorded five kills on a .444 attack percentage and seven block assists versus Florida International (Sept. 4)… Her seven blocks were the most by a Jayhawk since 2007… Earned her first career start in her next match versus Creighton (Sept. 5)… Collected a season-high 10 kills on a .409 clip versus Jacksonville State (Sept. 12)… Had a season-best .667 hitting percentage off five kills versus Texas A&M (Oct. 31)… Hit over .600 again in the team[apos]s upset versus No. 21 Baylor (Nov. 14), tallying five kills on a .625 attack percentage.

A local product who was named First Team All-Sunflower League as a junior and senior at Lawrence High School… An all-state selection in 2007… Chosen as a team captain her senior season… Helped guide her team to the state tournament as a sophomore and again in her senior campaign… Played club volleyball for the Mavs.
