The Kansas Jayhawks women’s soccer program has added an exhibition game against the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Saturday, April 16 at 12 p.m. CT at Rock Chalk Park. The contest will be one of the five exhibitions the Jayhawks will play this spring.
The Kansas Soccer program is set for a four-game exhibition schedule this spring, head coach Mark Francis announced on Thursday. This will be the first full spring exhibition season since 2019 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Nikki Wahle Barrett arrived at the University of Kansas in 1999 to play her dream sport at her dream school. In four seasons, she put together about as good of a resume as there is. She helped guide the Jayhawks to the program’s first NCAA Tournament appearance in 2001.

The Kansas women’s soccer program has added transfer Hallie Klanke to its roster, head coach Mark Francis announced on Thursday. Klanke will be eligible to compete for KU upon her arrival in the spring semester.
