2008 (RS Jr.)
Made 21 starts at catcher and designated player before suffering a season-ending knee injury… Still tied the team-lead with five hit-by-pitches… Went 12-for-49 (.245), including two home runs, with nine RBIs prior to the injury… Picked up 15th career home run, which ranks sixth in KU[apos]s career records… Had a five game hitting streak from Feb. 10-16… Batted in three runs versus Western Illinois (3/2)… Collected nine walks in her last nine games.
2007 (RS So.)
Made 56 starts at catcher and designated player in 57 appearances… Usually hit clean up and had a .236 average with 35 hits… Led the team with 37 RBIs, nine home runs and a .459 slugging percentage… 11 of her RBIs came when there were two outs in the inning… Also had six doubles and drew 20 walks… Was a .500 hitter with runners on third… Second on the team with 68 total bases and 221 putouts and third with a .992 fielding percentage committing just two errors on the season… Had a five game hitting streak… Recorded a team high nine games with multiple RBIs including two contests with five runs batted in – versus North Texas (3/3) and against UMKC (3/13)… Also went 3-for-3 from the plate and had two doubles and a homer versus UMKC… Tallied five multi-hit games… Scored a career high two runs versus Iowa State (3/2).

Took a medical redshirt after shoulder surgery.
2005 (Fr.)
Started behind the plate in 53 of the Jayhawks[apos] 55 games… Named Defensive Player of the Year by the coaches… Led all Jayhawk newcomers with a .280 batting average, including a .316 clip in Big 12 play… Totaled 33 hits, 20 RBI, 17 walks, four home runs and a team-high 358 putouts… Slugged .407 and had a .404 on-base percentage — good for second on the team… Recorded seven multi-hit games… Only committed one error on the season for a .997 fielding percentage… Hit by a team-high nine pitches… Recorded first career hit, a double, against Northwestern (2/5)… Notched three hits including a grand slam against Missouri State (3/11) for a five-hit total in Lawrence… Went 2-for-4 in KU[apos]s win over No. 5 Oklahoma (4/23).
Washburn Rural High School
A four-time all-league and all-city selection out of Washburn Rural in Topeka… A three-time member of the all-state and all-class first teams… Named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-Region Team in 2002… Named team MVP in 2002 and the offensive MVP in 2001 and 2003… A member of the Honor Roll all four years… Coached by Brenda Holaday.
