Placed third in the 5,000 meters at the Kansas Relays (4/19), crossing the finish line in 14:50.89… Claimed victory in the 5,000 meters at the Emporia State Relays (4/7) where he set a personal best time of 14:39.78… Named to the Academic All-Big 12 Second Team.

2012 INDOOR
Recorded a new personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:44.91, finishing second at the Tyson Invitational (2/10)… Competed in the 3,000 meters at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (2/25) setting a season-best 8:34.40 and placing 39^th… Finished fourth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:39.63 at the Kansas vs. Missouri Dual (1/13).

2011 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in five of the team[apos]s seven meets and posted a career-best 8K time at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/14), where he finished in 25:00.50… Finished 45^th at the Big 12 Championships (10/29) with a time of 25:03.3… Took ninth place at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/10) with a time of 27:17.93 to help Kansas win the team title… Finished 34^th at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championships with a 10K time of 32:16.15… Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2011 OUTDOOR
Recorded personal bests in both the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter events…Ran his career-best 5,000 race at the Kansas Relays (4/21) to earn second place with a time of 14:40.73…Posted a career-best time of 8:48.03 at the Razorback Spring Invitational (4/2) and finished in 14^th place… Competed in the 10K at the Big 12 Championships (5/13) and finished 26^th with a time of 31:35.42… Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2011 INDOOR
Recorded a personal-best time of 8:36.37 in the 3,000-meter event at the Big 12 Championships (2/26) to finish 28^th… Took second place at both the Missouri Dual (1/14) and the Jayhawk Classic (1/28) with times of 8:41.20 and 8:42.52, respectively… Participated in the 5,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/12) and finished 25^th with a time of 14:59.46.

Competed in all six meets for the Jayhawks, with his top finish coming at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/4), a sixth-place finish… Ran a career-best 8k time of 25:34.60 at the ISU Pre-Nationals meet (10/16), finishing 147^th… Ran at the Big 12 Championships for the second-consecutive season, posting a 49^th-place finish with a time of 25:52.99… Was one of six Jayhawks to run at the NCAA Midwest regional meet, crossing the finish line in a 10K time of 31:40.53 and placing 64^th… Selected to the Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

At the Big 12 Championships (5/16), ran his career best in the 5,000 meters with a time 14:50.37… Finished seventh in the 3,000 meters in the Arkansas Spring Invitational (3/27), marking his best time of the season at 8:46.77.

2010 INDOOR
Ran a season best 8:45.80 in the 3,000 meters en route to a 43^rd-place finish in the Big 12 Championships (2/27)… Had his highest 3,000-meter finish of the season in the Jayhawk Classic (1/29), running a time of 8:50.70, finishing second… His personal best in the 5,000 meters came at the Husker Invitational (2/5), running in a time of 14:53.89 and finishing in third place.

2009 CROSS COUNTRY
Was a member of the Jayhawks[apos] travel squad for much of the season, competing in five of six meets… Posted a season-best 8K time of 25:47.60 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (10/30), where he finished sixth on the squad and 82^nd overall in a field of 245 competitors… Ran a 25:59.30 at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational (10/17)… Competed at the Big 12 Championships, posting an 8K time of 27:04.58 to take 71^st place.
