Closed her KU career out strong, finishing in the Jayhawks’ top four in all but one race in which she competed… Notched a 43^rd-place finish at the Big 12 Championships (10/27) after completing the 6K course in 22:16.4… Opened the season with an eighth-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/1) after turning in a 5K time of 19:56.4… KU’s fourth finisher at the NCAA Midwest Regional (11/9) with her 6K time of 22:47.57 and 102^nd-place finish… Academic All-Big 12 Second Team.

2012 OUTDOOR
Claimed 3,000-meter victory at the Kansas Relays (4/19) after turning in a time of 10:08.45… Won the 5,000 meters at the Emporia State Relays (4/7), where she finished with a time of 17:31.89… Academic All-Big 12 Second Team.

2012 INDOOR
Ran in the 3,000-meters at the Big 12 Championships (2/25), where she finished 26^th with a time of 10:04.19… Set a personal best time in the 3,000 meters at the New Balance Invitational (2/4), finishing sixth with a time of 9:53.97… Recorded a 5,000-meter time of 17:37.43 at the Husky Classic (2/10) which set a team and personal best, while placing her 34^th.

2011 CROSS COUNTRY
Finished in the Jayhawks’ top-five in all five meets she competed in… Was KU’s third finisher at the Midwest Regionals (11/12) with a 22:28.68 6K time and a 64^th-place finish… Top 6K time of the year came at the Big 12 Championships (10/29), finishing in 21:05.7 to place 43^rd… Placed ninth at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/10) with a 5K time of 18:41.90… Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

2011 OUTDOOR
Competed in both the 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters at the Big 12 Championships (5/15), placing 11^th in the 10,000 meters with a personal-best time of 35:41.73 and finishing 18^th in the 5,000 meters in 17:15.00, also a personal best… Top 3,000-meter time came at the Kansas Relays (4/21) in a fifth-place finish with a time of 9:50.82.

2011 INDOOR
Ran a personal-best 3,000 meters at the ISU Classic (2/12), crossing the finish line in 9:57.37 to finish 18^th… Placed seventh in the 3,000 meters at the Missouri vs. Kansas Dual (1/14) with a time of 10:31.69.

2010 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in all six races for the Jayhawks, notching two top-three overall finishes… Recorded personal-best 6K time at the Midwest Regional Championships (11/13), clocking in at 21:08.31 and placing 35^th… Finished second at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/4) with a 5K time of 18:50.90… Competed at the Big 12 Championships (10/30) crossing the finish line in a 6K time of 21:58.00 and placing 52^nd… Finished third at the 5K Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/11) and set a personal-best time of 18:20.16… Academic All-Big 12 First Team.

Had a very impressive rookie season, as she was one of only two freshmen to run in all six meets for the Crimson and Blue… Turned in a season-best 5K time of 19:05.60 at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree (10/3), where she finished 86^th in a field of 211 runners… Ran her first collegiate 6K at the ISU Pre-Nationals Invitational (10/17), finishing in 196^th place with a time 23:17.60… Took 65^th at the Big 12 Championships with a 6K time of 23:43.99… Was the Jayhawks[apos] No. 5 finisher at the Midwest Regional Championships (11/14) where she ran a season-best 6K time of 23:12.40 and finished 95^th overall.

Born in Amarillo, Texas… Daughter of Jeff and Doris Turcotte… Has one sister, Ashley Turcotte… Father, Jeff, was a seven-time letterman in track and cross country at the University of New Mexico… Plans to major in speech-language-hearing.
