Competed at five meets for Kansas, running mostly the 800 and 1,500 meters … Opened the season with a personal best 800 meters time of 1:50.43 while also placing 10th in the 1,500 meters at the LSU Battle on the Bayou … Set a personal best 1,500 meter run time of 3:42.88 to finish fourth at the John McDonnell Invite … Recorded a pair of sixth place finishes at the Rock Chalk Classic in the 800 and 1,500 meters … Closed the season with a personal best 5,000 meter time of 15:00.88 at the Big 12 Championship.Â

Ran at five meets, primarily in the 800 meters and the mile … Opened the season with a fourth place finish in the mile at the K-State Thane Baker Invitational … Won the mile at the K-State DeLoss Dodds Invitational, finishing in 4:06.58, while also achieving ninth in the 800 meters with a season best time of 1:51.39 … Set a personal best in the mile at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational, finishing in 4:02.87 … Closed the season with a personal best 3,000 meters time of 8:25.53 at the Big 12 Championship while helping the DMR team place sixth.Â

Ran unattached in three races … Opened the season with a 6K time of 19:50.2 to finish 17th at the Bob Timmons Classic.
HIGH SCHOOL
Led his team to the program’s first cross country 5A conference championship in 2021 … Competed in nine track and cross country state events, finishing second in the 1,600 meters in 2022 and 2023 … Holds the school record in the 1,600 meters (4:09.28), the 3,200 meters (9:17.10), the 5K (15:21) and the 4×800 meter relay (7:55) … Qualified for the cross country state tournament throughout 2020-22, helping his team finish as state runner-up in 2022 … Earned Academic All-State and the Magna Cum Laude award for academic success ... Was part of the golf team that placed fourth in 2021.
