2006-07 (Junior): A top swimmer in Kansas[apos] backstroke and distance freestyle events… Finished eighth at the Big 12 Championships in the 200-yard backstroke (2:00.57), landing third on the KU all-time list and recording the second-best time for the 2006-07 season… Finished 13th at Big 12s in the 200-yard freestyle (1:51.47) and 14th in the 500-yard freestyle (5:53.89), finishing with top-five 2006-07 team times in each event… Also landed in the top-five for her performance at the Nike Cup in the 100-yard freestyle (52.24), her 1000-yard freestyle finish against Northern Iowa (10:19.53) and her 100-yard backstroke finish at the Terrapin Cup Invitational (57.45)… Was a member of the 200, 400 and 800-yard freestyle relays that all recorded season best times… Won the 200-yard backstroke against in the double-dual meet against Nebraska-Omaha and South Dakota State (2:06.30), Missouri (2:03.61) and Iowa State (2:03.84)… Was the first-place high point finisher for the distance freestyle events against Northern Iowa, finishing first in the 500-yard free (4:59.01), first in the 1000 (10:19.53) and second in the 200-yard free (1:55.41)… Represented the Jayhawks at the Terrapin Cup Invitational finishing seventh in the 500 free (4:56.27), sixth in the 200 free (1:52.14) and fifth in the 200 back (2:03.53)… Was a member of the 800-yard freestyle relay that set a Kenyon Athletic Club Natatorium at the Nike Cup (7:32.32), also finishing fourth in the 200 free (1:52.75), fifth in the 100 back (58.27), fourth in the 200 back (2:04.13) and third in the 100 free (52.24) at the Nike Cup… Finished third in the 200 free (1:53.93) and 100 free (52.67) against Nebraska… Finished second in the 200 free against Iowa State (1:52.52)… Named to the Academic All-Big 12 first team for her perfomance in the classroom, attaining a GPA of 3.2 or higher… An Academic All-American selection. 2005-06 (Sophomore): Finished sixth in the 200 back (2:00.72) at the Big 12 Championships… Earned an NCAA [quote]B[quote] standard time in the 500 free (4:53.71) and 200 back (2:00.72)… Member of the Commissioner[apos]s Honor Roll and the Athletic Director[apos]s Honor Roll… Named an Academic All-American. 2004-05 (Freshman): Competed in three events at the Big 12 Championships, placing ninth in the 200 free (1:49.66), 11th in the 200 back (2:02.74) and 13th in the 500 free (4:47.91)… Earned three first place finishes against Truman State in the 400 medley (3:51.92), 100 back (58.71) and 500 free (5:06.58)… Finished first against Nebraska and Missouri in the 100 back… Placed first in the 500 free against Missouri with a time of 5:06.04… Won the 1000 free competition against Drury with a time of 10:20.43… An Academic All-American selection.
