Why Did you Choose KU?
- It’s great school with an even better STEM program, and their rowing team was great! I felt like it was the best fit for me! I also get to stay close to home.
How did you get introduced to rowing?
- left gymnastics in 2020, and I had to choose another sport. So I went online and searched the best sports to do post-gymnastics and rowing was one of them, and there was a club in my area.
What is your favorite pre-race tradition?
- I always wear Christmas socks at a race no matter what time of year it is.

- Captain of rowing team junior and senior year.
- Lettered in track my sophomore, junior and senior years for pole vault. I also made it to state my junior year.
