- I chose KU because of the amazing team environment, coaches and the overall education that I will receive.
How did you get introduced to rowing?
- I was a swimmer and knew of former swimmers on my team who were getting into rowing, so I decided to try it out.

- I am the daughter of Allen and Keila Rector. I have 2 older brothers, Kaiden who attends UW Madison and Kaleb who plays Football at St Thomas University. My dad is an alumni at KU, and my mom played Volleyball at Central Michigan University. I am majoring in Business and Marketing.
