2011 CROSS COUNTRY
Had her top cross country season in a KU uniform, finishing in the women’s top five in all but one meet on the season…Top finish of the season came at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/10), crossing the finish line in a 5K time of 18:28.59 and placing fifth… Best 6K time of the season was 21:50.70 and came at the Wisconsin adidas Invitational (10/14), placing 184th… Finished 72nd at the NCAA Midwest Regional, running a 6K time of 22:42.47.
2011 OUTDOOR
Competed in the NCAA West Preliminary (5/26) where she set a team and personal best in the 1,500 meters with a time of 4:24.59… Recorded two top-five finishes in the 800 meters including a first-place finish at the Payton Jordan Invitational (5/1) with a time of 2:09.81, which was a team and personal best… Recorded four top-10 finishes in the 1,500 meters including a third-place finish at the Kansas Relays (4/23) with a time of 4:30.31… Competed in the Big 12 Championships (5/14) in both the 800 meters and the 1,500 meters… Also recorded a personal best in the 3,000-meter run at the Mayaguez Spring Break Classic (3/19) with a time of 10:18.96… Academic All-Big 12 First Team selection.
2011 INDOOR
Recorded two top-five finishes in the 800 meters including a second-place finish in the Jayhawk Classic (1/28) with a time of 2:14.61… Competed in the Big 12 Championships (2/25) in the 1,000 meters, where she finished seventh with a time of 2:49.92, which was a personal best and a team best for the season… Also recorded a team-best time in the 1,000-meter run at the Big 12 Championships (2/25) with a time of 2:49.92.
2010 OUTDOOR
Competed at the Payton Jordan Invitational (5/1) and placed seventh in the 800 meters with a time of 2:09.89, her PR and KU[apos]s best time of the season… Finished second in the 1,500 meters at the Kansas Relays (4/17) with a time of 4:31.26, a personal best.
2010 INDOOR
Set her personal best and recorded a first-place finish in the mile at the Bill Easton Classic (1/8) with a time of 5:15.98… Competed in the 800 meters at the Big 12 Championships (2/26) and placed sixth on a time of 2:11.67… Ran a personal best 2:10.96 800 meters at the ISU Classic (2/13), this was also the fastest time for KU on the season.
AT SAMFORD
2008 All-Southern Conference Freshman Team Selection… Placed 20th at the Crimson Classic and 18th at the Furman Invitational… Placed 24th overall and fifth on the team at the SoCon Championship.
HIGH SCHOOL
A seven-time class 3A state champion in track at Medicine Lodge High School… Placed first in the 1,600 meters her sophomore, junior and senior years… A state runner-up for cross country her freshman, sophomore and senior seasons… Lettered in basketball for four years… A member of the Principal[apos]s Honor Roll for three years, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.

Daughter of Robert and Cindy Christensen… Mother, Cindy, played basketball at Kansas… Father, Robert, competed in track and cross country at Wichita State… Majoring in biology… Plans to become a dentist.
