Ran in three meets for the Jayhawks, placing in the top 25 in each… Ran to a sixth-place finish at the Haskell Invitational (10/8) with an 8K time of 26:34.69… Finished the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/10) 8K in 28:45.34 to place 24th… Took 24th in the Bob Timmons Classic (9/3), crossing the 6K finish line in 20:51.90… Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
2011 OUTDOOR
Earned a 22nd-place finish in the 800 meters at the Arkansas Twilight (5/6), crossing the finish line in a season-best 1:55.07… Season’s top individual finish came in the 1,500 meters at the John Jacobs Invitational (4/16), placing eighth with a season-best time of 4:04.86… Took 14th with a 1:55.73 800 meters at the Kansas Relays (4/21)… Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
2011 INDOOR
Top 1,000-meters performance came at the Big 12 Indoor Championships (2/25) in a 10th-place finish with a personal-best time of 2:30.93… Notched two victories in the 1,000 meters, the first coming at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/4) with a time of 2:35.20 and the second with a time of 2:38.37 at the Bill Easton Classic (1/8)… Won the mile at the Bob Timmons Challenge (12/4), clocking in at 4:22.12, a personal best.
2010 CROSS COUNTRY
Competed in two meets for the Jayhawks, finishing in the top-25 in both… Collected a 17th-place finish at the Bob Timmons Classic (9/4), crossing the finish line in 20:16.60… Ran an 8K time of 28:04.51 at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge (9/11), finishing 21st.
