At what age did you start swimming and how did you get into the sport?
- 4 years old when I was put into swim lessons at a young age.
What is something that someone wouldn't know about you?
- I love cooking, baking and hosting friends.
What sport would you play if you did not swim and why?
- Beach volleyball because I love being outside and it’s very impressive what volleyball players can do.
Who is a role model in your life that pushed you to be better in and out of the pool?
- My mom has taught me life isn’t just about the results it’s about the process you go through along the way and enjoying your time achieving it.
Why did you choose the University of Kansas?
- It felt like family right away once I arrived and I knew it fit me perfectly.

- Academic All-Big 12 Team
- Finished runner-up in the 500 free (5:16.32) at the Sunflower Showdown on Oct. 4.Â
- Placed third in the 1000 free (10:21.93) at the Nebraska Dual on Nov. 1.
- Won the 500 free (5:06.92) against Rockhurst on Dec. 7
2023-24 (Freshman)
- Named to Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team.
- Led the Kansas squad in the 1,000-yard free (10:13.14), 1,650-yard free (10:13.14) and 400-yard IM (4:23.10).
- Won the 500-yard freestyle at the Sunflower Showdown on Oct. 6.Â
- Won the 1,000-yard freestyle and 500-yard freestyle and was runner-up in 400-yard IM in the double dual against Lindenwood and South Dakota.
- Placed third in the 1,000-yard freestyle against Nebraska on Nov. 3.Â
- Won the 400-yard IM and 1,000-yard freestyle against Rockhurst on Dec. 2.Â
- Finished second in the 1,000-yard freestyle and third in the 400-yard IM versus Arkansas on Jan. 26.Â
- Came in runner-up in the 1,000-yard freestyle at Iowa State on Feb. 9.Â
