LAWRENCE, Kan. – The Kansas women's golf program added Augusta Jaguar transfer Zoe Pinillos, head coach
Lindsay Kuhle announced Tuesday.
Pinillos joins Kansas after spending her freshman and sophomore seasons at Augusta University, where she had a breakout sophomore campaign by winning the Southland Conference Championship to qualify for the NCAA Regional.
"We are so excited to announce Zoe joining our program," said Kuhle. "Zoe is a wonderful student-athlete and a proven winner this year at Augusta, winning the conference championship and competing at the NCAA Norman Regional."
During the 2024-25 season, Pinillos finished 36th at the NCAA Norman Regional with rounds of 76-71-76. The Trujillo, La Libertad, Peru, native recorded 18 rounds of 76 or better, highlighted by a 12th-place finish at the Augusta Valspar Invitational (74-73) and a 30th-place finish at The Southern (75-79-76).
Pinillos was named Southland Conference Golfer of the Year and earned first team all-conference honors.
"Zoe will bring in winning experience at the college level, a strong work ethic, short game, coachability, and competitiveness that is extremely valuable on our team," Kuhle added. "We can't wait for Zoe to join our family and continue to work hard to help our team compete at the highest level."
Pinillos becomes the fourth signee in Kansas' 2025 class, joining Jillian Fatkin, Marieke Ebens and Kinslea Jones.
