Why did you choose KU?
- I chose KU because of the environment surrounding the entire community. The university treats every student with care and kindness with resources like no other. The advantages that I get being a Jayhawk athlete is next to none.
How did you get introduced to rowing?
- I was an out of sport athlete when I arrived at KU. My situation felt like fate because the rowing coaches found me through a line of contacts. I came to the campus for an official visit and instantly fell in love with Lawrence and the university.
