Personal
My parents are Nicole and Chase. I have an older sister, Isabelle, who was a collegiate fencer, and a younger brother, Joshua, who plays basketball in high school. Fun fact: I am Canadian-American!
Why Did You Choose KU?
I chose KU because of the amazing community and the strength of its athletic and academic programs. I have always felt supported here as both a student and an athlete.
How Did You Get Introduced to Rowing?
A friend of mine in high school knew several rowers and suggested I give the sport a try. I did a trial week with my club, NAC, during my junior year of high school and never looked back!
Favorite Thing to Do in Lawrence?
Shopping on Mass Street or getting takeout and bringing it to Clinton Lake to watch the sunset.
Favorite Pre-Race Tradition
Having a pasta dinner the night before a race and visualizing race day with my boat.
